Gli impianti sono compatibili con l’epoca di ultima ristrutturazione, ma assolutamente in regola ed in funzione, va rinfrescato con nuova tinteggiatura interna, recentemente rifatta la linea della nuova Fossa Imhoff.
Esternamente, diverse sono le aree destinate al relax ed alla socialità create appositamente nel terreno oppure sul retro casale all’ombra delle quercie! Il terreno per lo piu’ coltivato ad uliveto è garanzia di produttività annuale di uno degli olii extravergine di oliva migliori della zona!
La via Salaria è poco distante, si puo’ raggiungere il paese in 5 minuti di auto e proseguire per Roma, che si raggiunge in 50 minuti complessivi.
La zona è inserita nel comprensorio del Parco regionale dei Monti Lucretili, a tutela e salvaguardia dell’ambiente!

Nestled in the verdant Sabine countryside just a few minutes from the first town, the village of Poggio Moiano, isolated but not entirely, this beautiful farmhouse stands on a hill dotted with olive trees in production, protected by a thick grove and warmed by the sun throughout the day.
The structure, solid and made of stone, was renovated about 20 years ago, is in good condition, lived-in but absolutely decent and well maintained! In addition to the arcade ,the farmhouse, developed on two floors, includes a reception or reception room with fireplace and a pellet thermo-stove connected to the heating, which replaces the management through LPG. On the living room there is access to the upper floor and the corridor that leads to the kitchen, with external access, and to the double bedroom with bathroom. The upper floor, on the other hand, houses a corridor with a storage room and two large bedrooms with an additional bathroom.
The systems are compatible with the period of the last renovation, but absolutely in order and in operation, it must be refreshed with new internal painting, recently redone the line of the new Imhoff Pit.
Externally, there are several areas for relaxation and socialising created specifically in the ground or at the back of the farmhouse in the shade of the oak trees! The land, mostly cultivated with olive groves, is a guarantee of annual productivity of one of the best extra virgin olive oils.
The Via Salaria is not far away, you can reach the town in 5 minutes by car and continue to Rome, which can be reached in a total of 50 minutes.
The area is part of the Monti Lucretili Regional Park, to protect and safeguard the environment!
